• We recently moved one a small multisite (subdirectory multisite install, on a subdomain url) installation over to Nginx with a fastcgi cache.

For some reason caches are not getting cleared after updating pages/posts. Logging shows that everything has happened without issues, and the nginx logs are not showing any errors.

Visiting the purge url for the page (subdomain.example.com/purge/page/) does clear the cache, so it does not appear to be a problem there.

We are running this plugin on other wordpress installations on the same server without issue- just running in to problems with the new one.

    Settings:
Purge Enabled, nginx Fastcgi cache method, using GET request, all conditions set, timestamp enabled.
