This was a bug i fixed and placed into the W3 Total Cache Fixed community build. The w3tc author will eventually incorporate our many fixes into the next release (as he’s done in previous releases) but if you cant wait 3+ more months then you can always use the fixed release.

I followed instructions.
At first moment we had same situation but after that I played a little with configuration and now everything is working

I think setting up Cache Preload at this interval and page number has resolved problem

Since this is busy site with about 900-1000 users at each moment, and post published every 5 min, are there any recommendations about setup guide or something similar for this kind of sites?

Hi

We have same situation.
We updated plugon to last version (fixed one)

But pages cache are not clerad after time specified in setting and also on post publish.

Anyone how can take some time to give a look on settings?
