I think you need to identify the page(s) on which that plugin loads, and then exclude them from being cached by adding them to the URI Exclusion Patterns box.

    Thanks for your reply.

But as the file is cached already, wont i have to clear the cache first anyway?

If you tell ZenCache not to cache those pages, it will automatically clear any styles and scripts for those pages that it has already cached.

    I see!

I solved the problem though by clearing the cache in Cloudflare.

    Thanks for your help!

Good! You didn’t mention Cloudflare before!

It didn’t cross my mind. I am not fully aware of Cloudflare’s impact on my website.

Cloudflare will be caching all your CSS and javascript files. Zen Cache will be caching your content and maybe your CSS and javascript as well (unless you have the Pro version and have configured it for use with Cloudlflare, which is what I’d recommend).

If you are still adjusting your CSS or javascript, I’d actually suggest deactivating Cloudflare until you are finished because things could get very confusing.

Actually, I’ve just come across this, which explains that Cloudflare is a bit different from other CDNs, and that Zen Cache Pro does not yet have special configurations for it.
