Cache – Manual Preload Button not working

Dear support

if we try to use the cache preolad button for manual preload. It is not working: This action will trigger WP-Optimize to cache the site by visiting pages to pre-load them (so that they are ready the first time a human visitor wants them).

We recive URLS will be loaded, but never changes status. If we laod page again after several minutes cache is not build.

Any idea?
