Cache issue with this plugin

    I have activated Google Publisher Plugin and verified my Adsense account but I keep getting this error message:
    Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again.
    The most likely reason is that you are using a WordPress cache plugin. If this is the case, please follow the plugin’s instructions to clear the cache and then try again.

    I have removed the ads I added through my theme, and deactivated my cache plugins, but the error was still there.
    I have even removed my caching plugins (Autoptimize and WP Super Cache) but the error is still there.

    Could you please help to fix this error?
