    Hello,

I have the follwing issue: When I change something on my web page related to Steroids and I am opening a brower to look at it, I still see the old version even when I am refreshing the browser. I have observed this on different browser and devices.
When I clean the browser cache, it load the correct page. Same when I am using the development environment and turn off local caching.

    Can someone help?

    Thanks a lot!

Steroids for Elementor do not use any kind of separate cache or WP transients. This plugin extends Elementor without creating any new widgets and as such it totally depends on Elementor setup.
Caching is nothing unusual, all the page builders use it. The question is whether you got one of the WordPress caching plugins installed (and activated) … which is something you should not as long as your website is in development.

    Thanks Oooh Boi,

I checked an I do not have any active cache plugin.
But in my case it sems to be the browser cache. When I delete it manually, it works. Is it also necessary to turn off browser caching during development?

    Thanks.

I can’t tell mate, what I know is that I never experienced anything alike (as a Firefox user). If you’re developing on localhost be sure that your local server is not Memcached.

@ooohboi I just started using your plugin, so stoked it is amazing.

I seem to be having this issue also?

No caching plugin, no server caching.

I have to clear all cookies to see changes appear in chrome, changes wont appear in safari, or chrome incognito despite clearing browser cache.

It was working perfectly fine until I added a shadow to a background image using OVERLAIZ – then this problem started occuring. (removed the shadow ofc).

    Issue with newest version potentially?

    @ooohboi

    LOL!

    I retract my previous statement…

Must have been an issue with elementor or WP.

I activated my caching plugin, cleared cache – and now it is working fine.

    Thx for the sick plugin.

I would be stoked for some legit parallax scrolling capabilities if your looking for new ideas…
