• I keep getting this message when trying to manage ads;

    “The most likely reason is that you are using a WordPress cache plugin. If this is the case, please follow the plugin’s instructions to clear the cache and then try again.”

    I’ve only been able to get through once and the ad placement worked great but I haven’t been able to get back to that screen to place more ads. I’ve cleared browser cache several times (Chrome) and I am not using any specific WordPress cache plugin that I’m aware of.

    The site is https://www.jollybomb.com but currently it is in maintenance mode until the writers are ready to go live which should be in a couple of days. I’m just their site manager.

    I do think its a compatibility with another plugin being used as I tested it out on 3 of my other sites using the same hosting server, same browser and adsense account. I’ll try the one by one deactivation of the installed plugins and see what I come up with.

    Didn’t seem to be a plugin issue. I removed them one by one and got the same error. I also deactivated them all except for Google Publisher and ended up with the same issue.

    Where are you currently hosting your site? Could the issue be related to the fact that you’re not presently live? Once you go live, try the plug-in then and let us know if it’s working.

    GoDaddy hosting, two of my other sites work well with this plugin so it may be the maintenance mode. I’ll give it a shot GManu. It’ll be a few days before I get to that though but I’ll comeback to this thread when its tested.

    Thanks.

    Great, thanks a lot!

    My site techgainer.com also having the same issue! Deactivated cache plugin, switched theme/framework…but still having same issue! >>

    Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again.

    Same problem. Had used on two sites but later tried on a third and can’t get it to work. I anxiously await the fix…
