• Hi,
sometimes we have to clear the cache of a calendar manually to see updates, even though the refresh interval has passed already more than once. Any idea how to prevent this.
    Best Regards

Do you have any other caching plugins installed?

Try going through this to rule out any possible conflicts: https://docs.simplecalendar.io/troubleshooting-theme-plugin-widget-conflicts/

    Thanks for the ideas!

We do use Cachify. I already tried clearing the Cachify cache if such a problem occurs, but with no effect. However, now I have deactivated Cachify on all pages with a calendar and I will wait what happens.

Going through the troubleshooting list doesn’t seem to be an optin now, because this problem only occurs once in a while, maybe twice in a month, and usually everything works fine. So unless we know how to reproduce the problem we rather don’t deactivate our theme, plugins and widgets for some days or weeks.

Alright sounds good. Let me know if disabling that helps with the issue.
