Cache invalidation like Varnish or W3TC

Hi,

i have some trouble after the installation of Amazon Associate Link Builder.

When activate it i get the follow HEAD and cache are MISSED :

Expires: Thu, 19 Nov 1981 08:52:00 GMT
Cache-Control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate, post-check=0, pre-check=0
Pragma: no-cache

When i deactivate the plugin i get the right HEAD and the cache HITTED :

Via: 1.1 varnish
Connection: keep-alive
X-Cache: HIT

What’s the problem man ?

In 2017 im expected good programmer think caching approach.
