Cache HTTPS

Hi,

Thank you for great plugin!
My website is accessible via both HTTP and HTTPS, after installing the plugin I realized that the plugin is only creating cache for HTTP requests and not HTTPS and also its not caching QUERY STRING as well!
is there any way to force the plugin to create cache for HTTPS as well as Query Strings ?
