Cache exceptions doesn't work

  • Great plugin, excellent performance, two issues…

    Cache exceptions does not work for me. In the ‘Cache exceptions’ tab I select the ‘Exclude home’ option but the home url is cached anyway.

    Further the sitemap_index.xml generated by the Yoast SEO plugin is cached by WP_FFPC. That means that the sitemap doesn’t update when a new blog is posted.

    How to exclude both home and sitemap from caching?

    May I ask how did you verify that it gets cached?

    Because I’m trying to reproduce it, but apparently, it’s working for me.

    for the yoast thing: try replacing the default
    ^/wp-
    with
    ^/wp-|^/sitemap_
    in Don't cache following URL paths under Cache exceptions tab.

    I also would like to suggest to try some things before asking for the solution next time.
