Cache Everything to NEXT level into Cloudflare

I have been using this plugin for last few months. It caches EVERYTHING customized with non-cache setting integrated into Cloudflare is amazing.

Preload all pages available in the sitemap, what else one needs.

Plugin author is drastically updating its newer versions with a great increase in options.
