• No matter which settings we check, we’re still getting the following error when logged in.

Cache Error: Looking for cache that doesn’t exist. Now using a backup feed.
This error is only visible to WordPress admins.

If you are using a caching plugin, try enabling the option on the Customize tab ‘Cache error API recheck’ or ‘Force cache to clear on interval’

Please note, I have followed the instructions in a previous support thread. The plugin is up-to-date. We’re on WordPress 5.1.1 and this problem just started recently. We tried refreshing the Instagram API token. That made it go away initially on the first load and then it came right back.

We tried every possible option checking and unchecking both the Cache error API recheck option and the Enable Backup Caching option.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey rchaider,

Sorry about the issue here! Would it be possible for you to contact us on our website and include your “System info” from the “Support” tab?

We can take a look at your settings and installed plugins and see what might be going on.

    Thanks!
