Cache Enabler active, but no changes in PageSpeed or GTmetrix

    I used W3 TC until today and changed now to cache enabler.
    My site code says, that cache enabler is running, but i dont get any better results in pagespeed insights nor gt metrix.

    With W3 TC the results became a lot better and moved from 50 to 90 at pagespeed.
    With Cache Enabler my results dont improve at all. Do you have any idea where the problem could be?

    And additionally due to cache enabler my site code only has 3 line now. When I deactivate it, everything looks good.

    The Cache Enabler makes your website faster by caching the initial HTML doc but not necessarily increase the score on those tests as they still consider concatination of CSS or JS files as an important fact but this is not true with HTTP/2.
