• Hello,

I’ve scheduled a post, but it wasn’t appearing after post defined hour, I had to manually flush the cache… Is there a fix for this?

    Sincerely,

  • Interesting since the cache should be flushed on the publish event. What wasn’t flushed the homepage? Or was nothing flushed at all?

Hello Destac, thank you for the quick answer.

I’m actually using Divi by Elegant Themes, and a module wasn’t refreshing itself with the new post. I first tried to CTRL+F5 refresh the page, but I could see the new post only with the help of a manual flush.

Maybe the flush on post isn’t total, is there a way to do so?

    Thank you for your help.

This module I am assuming is like a widget or something you use in a page builder?

Absolutely, they call it'”module”. Should I disable db caching maybe? Or is everything flushed when there is a post?

    Thank you.

Ideally, when you flush the page cache the widget should be calling the latest stuff as well. If you are using database and object caching from disk though I recommend you disable those.

Thank you, disabling database cache solved the problem.
