    Hi,

I have this plugin installed and running

Some users are saying that their browsers show always the same versions of the pages. It seems that settings of wp (or of this pluging) put a cache-control at 30 days (watch at this report here)

I would like to strongly reduce cache-control from 30 days to 1 day.

Free version of the plugin seems able to it, but I haven’t already found how to.

    Many thank

    Hi,

This is indeed the default behaviour of the plugin and many other cache plugin as all speed test tools recommend to put 30 days or more.

You can change that in your .htaccess file.

Note that it does not keep a “version” of the page but only ask the browser to serve some files from local disk instead of server if it detects no changes. I shouldn’t cause any trouble.

Let me know if that helps, cheers,

    Thanks,

I have changed cache-control from 30 days to 20 minutes for the page. I think now I could avoid issues with page freshness

    Best regards
