cache control by page id ??

    I would like to know, if there is any function or filter for function.php theme that can be used to set the cache time of a particular page by is_page()..

    I would like all pages to have a cache period of 30 days, but certain special pages only 24 hours.

    Is this possible to do?

    Hi munaterai,

    I studied the wiki to make sure I don’t miss anything, but there is nothing on this.
    So the answer is: you can’t cache some pages for multiple days while others are cached for only a few hours.
    You can accomplish this however, by setting the cache period of your whole cache to 24 hours, generating these additional pages won’t hurt you in regards to performance or memory.
