Cache and Server-Side Traffic

    Hey, as the title suggests i would like to use caching as i just got static sites and track Traffic using Server-Side option (using wp-slimstat) as js is limited if someone blocks scripts and anyway i don#t like js forced to users. So i wonder if that will be possible. I know using HDD like W3TC & Co it’s not. But i wonder if one of the options DB/APC would allow such setting?
