Hello. I was using RegistrationMagic with my old website which was using a classic Genesis theme and a child theme. Now that I’ve updated the site to a block theme (Ollie) with WordPress 6.5.2 and have continued to use RegistrationMagic (although I’m not sure if it’s still needed), the Site Health Scanner is showing a caching issue. I had Siteground (my hosting company) check the cache settings and they noticed that RM is causing the issue. When I deactivated the RM plugin and checked the site health report again, it came back with a “GOOD” rating. The I reactivated the plugin and the error came back. Below is the report that the Site Health checker is producing when RM is active:

    Hi @welldun1,

As part of our troubleshooting process, we tried recreating the issue you reported on our server. However, the issue is not appearing on our end even with the Ollie theme activated. Meanwhile, we are also in touch with SiteGround support to help us identify the issue. Would it be possible for you to share URL of your website for further analysis?

We do understand this might be frustrating for you, but we are trying to resolve this asap. Feel free to ask questions.

Thanks for checking on this issue. I deactivated the plugin this morning and I’m testing and searching to see where the Login Form that was created with the plugin was actually in use. It seems like even with the plugin deactivated the login/registration page that opens via the “My Account” link in the navigation of the site are still working as before. So, I’m not sure if the plugin was mainly needed with the old version of the site which was built with the classic Genesis theme and a child theme named Darling by Restored316.

If I reactivate the plugin, is there a way to see exactly where it is being used on my site? The original site was designed by someone else with whom we’ve lost touch, so I don’t know what purpose the plugin was serving before. I’m not a web designer nor a coder, I’m just an end-user who decided to update the old website.

The RegistrationMagic version I’m using is Version 5.3.2.2

    Hi @welldun1,

Thank you for providing the site URL. We’ve forwarded it to SiteGround and are currently awaiting their response. Additionally, we have located the page on which RegistrationMagic’s login form shortcode is still added. It is this URL – https://www.tejedastots.com/rm_login/

Ok. Great! So if I reactivate the plugin and click on that link you found, how do I know what that form is leading to? When the plugin is active and I go into All Forms, I can see 2 sample forms plus this one that just says Login Form. The form itself is simple, with only 2 fields, Username and Password. I don’t know what that login accesses, since it seems like without the plugin, there is still a login form when you click on the My Account link. Is there a way for me to find out what exactly was being accessed via that RM Login form?

    Hi @welldun1,

After logging in from the RegistrationMagic login form, user is given the option to either visit their form submissions page, logout or simply navigate the site in logged-in state. You can configure post login operations like redirections from the Login Form Dashboard in the backend.

The login form on your current My Account page is the login form of WooCommerce.
