Cache and Googlebot

Hi. I see that there is an “user agent” option that prevents the plugin to serve cache to bots like Googlebot. I am thinking: due to this option enabled, Googlebot will not detect the speed of my website, because it can’t see cached files, and it will think that my site is slow.

Is it correct? Or Google evaluates the speed of websites in other ways different from Googlebot crawling?
