• Hi. Is there a limit to the number of bytes allowed per page/post?

I’ve tried using a couple of different plugins that provide jQuery tabs (WP-UI and ‘TheThe Tabs and Accordions’).

When I enter a few tabs with some content (including shortcodes containing more content) the bytes are getting rather large (~39K bytes with just the shortcodes but not the content rendered by the shortcodes, so the rendered shortcodes are adding quite a bit more).

I’m trying to break up the content with tabs and accordions. Of course if this problem continues I’ll have to break the content up into more pages.

With either of these plugins I can add several tabs with content, but I seem to reach a limit that by adding one more tab with content the page loads but the tabs and tab content are BLANK (everything within the page content area).

I can add more tabs with just a few words in them but if I add some real content it seems to exceed some limit.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Jeff

In theory, there’s no practical limit, In reality, it can depend on your server’s performance.
