When users are logged in, the groups are directed to the specified page for example “BOWLING”
it opens the page website.com/bowling/ – however when a new unregistered user goes to the group page they are redirected to the register page first. – is there a way to have some groups bypass this registration and just go to website.com/bowling/ ?

    Hello @monstermanes,

You may create a page for specific group with group shortcode [profilegrid_group gid=”x”], here x is the group ID, and then assign that page for option “Group Page” under “Basics” in “Group Options” for a group.

I hope this helps, let us know if you have any other questions.

When users are logged in and click a group it sends them to the selected group page, when they are not registered or logged in they are made to register for the group before being directed to the page. Some groups are free and do not require registration that is what im trying to achieve, for example when they click the free group “bowling” it sends them to the “bowling page” instead of first making them to register. I understand if this is not possible but was hoping it was a setting, because when they are logged in it forwards them to “bowling page”

    Hello @monstermanes,

Please confirm if you have not restricted the group page to logged-in users only. If you restrict the page content, it will allow only logged-in users to view the page. If not, then visitors can also view that page.

If you still face issues, please reach out to us directly using this form, as we will need more information from your side to understand the issue and help you with a possible solution.
