Bypass other price rule with user roles

Just wondering if it’s possible for discount code base on user role. I have a user role (senior citizen) that i wanna make a discount, but i have other discounts like 5% to all products for non-users, is there a way to bypass the 5% discounts to senior roles? thanks in advance
