    Hello,

I’m facing a problem with CF cache… I use this tool:

    https://speedvitals.com/

and in cache section there are some incorrect values. I checked some posts here and didnt find solution. Can you help me understand what is going on?

Im using free plan of CloudFlare and optimization plugin FlyingPress.
Some time ago I added HSTS Header code but i think it should not affect that.

    Thanks in advance,
    Adrian

    Hi @cometto,
I just looked at the response header of your website. Your website is using FlyPress and all your traffic is routed through them and their Cloudflare account. You cannot use this plugin when you are using FlyingPress as they are not proxying your traffic and your website is now using their Cloudflare Enterprise account and whatever settings they have set. Your response header don’t even show this plugin being present in your website.

    Hello,

    ok thanks.
So I dont need to use your plugin, yes?

1 more question: is it worth to keep caching from official CloudFlare free account? Does it change anything?

    Hi @cometto,
If you are using flyingpress, the only thing your free Cloudflare account is doing is holding/hosting your DNS record. Whatever Cache settings you set in your CF Free account will not get implemented in your domain as all of your Cloudflare settings are managed by the Cloudflare account of FlyingPress.

What is more effective in your opinion? CF caching or FP?

    Hi @cometto,
It depends, But as FlyingPress is using CF Enterprise plan, with it you are supposed to get higher cache HIT and also cache staying longer compared to a CF Free plan.
