I asked for a test review that literally said ‘test’ 2 weeks ago.
13 emails in 14 days later I’m accused of ‘you must have made your video before it was removed.”No, I made it 2.5hrs after I got an email from you telling me it was removed.
I was told at least 3 times it was removed and it wasn’t
I was then told that
“You must have made your screen recording before the review was removed”
Seriously? You are accusing me of ‘playing games’?Then I was told that there were no reviews in the database…again… seriously? I have a dozen or more on my website but yeah, now the page on your site representing my business is throwing a 500 error…but it wasn’t a week ago.
The support with these people is a xxxx joke.
And FYI… I record videos of issues, I don’t try to explain via a ‘chat type email’. I don’t have time to waste but these guys sure do know how to get around that.
