I have no clue way you have this JS file. Yes it’s exists in wpDiscuz, but it’s an old JS and current versions doesn’t use it, you can check it here, in HTML source: https://wpdiscuz.com/wpdiscuz-4/
If you want to delete you should do manually.

So why it’s in the plugin? If it’s useless, you can’t remove it from the plugin?

It may be used by some addons. It’ll fully removed in future.
