Hi, i have bws gallery plug-in. i want to have multiple galleries but open every single gallery as one. so this is the shortcode i have added [print_gllr id=”the id number] on my page. it seems that i have two galleries then when i open the first gallery, it continues to have an arrow button on the next gallery which i dont want.

    Hi,

If you mean the images displaying in lightbox, please check, if checkbox Use single lightbox for multiple galleries on one page is not marked on the plugin settings page.
If you mean something else, please describe it in more detail and provide a link to the page with the gallery.

    Sincerely,

all i want is SIMPLE, let’s say i have 2 galleries:
    gallery 1 is for dogs
    gallery 2 is for cats

so here’s what i’ve done on my page:
    [print_gllr id=”1″]
    [print_gllr id=”2″]

the problem now when i reach the end of gallery 1(dogs) it is still connected on the gallery 2(cats), which i don’t want. and anyway the checkbox you are saying, it’s not there.

    Hi,

    1) The thing you are talking about can be done with the help of checkbox Use single lightbox for multiple galleries on one page on your_site_url/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gallery-plugin.php page.
    2) You may possibly be using a plugin that also uses fancybox script or your theme may use it, that’s why our plugin’s lightbox can’t be used and consequently, the settings can’t be applied.
To find it out, please install a standard WP theme (2013, 2014) and then check the gallery’s work.

    Sincerely,
