Buy/Sell/Trade Plugin?

I just recently started a blog for Boy Scouts of America. I am wanting to do a “shop” where people can sell their used BSA uniforms, buy used/new uniforms, or trade them.
Is there a plugin similar to the Woocommerce plugin that allows people to sell their items to me or get a trade-in value as well as allow me to sell items too?

@jbpalmr the only thing I was able to find was this https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-product-tradein/17009553?s_rank=3 Seems like it would work. My project has been put on hold for a while and I haven’t gotten around to doing it yet. Hopefully soon I will.
