buying (!) two plugins costs almost 2 hours…

    I tried (and tried!) to BUY two plugins for WordPress, Lightbox and Gallery.

    Payment was taken (2x!) but how to install………? Register……? Get quick and easy support…..?
    FYI: I am not a beginner [nor an expert ?? ]

    Please be so kind as to tell me EXACTLY how to get both plugins registered (confirmed) and working.
    Oh and do change your webpage(s) so that I may be the last paying customer who has to postpone working with what was bought.
