As I mentioned above you’re paying for subscription per month, so you can pay once and then cancel your subscription and keep using the plugin without having access to support and updates.

But do you offer support without a subscription? Or upgrades?

I mean, if I understand your pricing policy correctly I have the option of

* the plugin, 1 month support for $20

or

* the plugin, 12 months support + upgrades for $190

That’s a hell of a price difference!!!

Not on WPMU DEV forum but we always try to help our old members. Usually people contact us here on via email if they have a problem with one of our plugins.
