Could you provide further information on your use case? With Points and Rewards plugin, you can create a product, say “Buy Points” that will provide points when it is purchased: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-points-and-rewards/#section-5

Then, the customer can use those points to redeem other products on your shop: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-points-and-rewards/#section-13
