Hey, I would like to know if it is possible to let the buyer solely pay the buyer’s premium and not the bid price.
If so, how can I do this?

Am I able to add a comment function without the rating system to the product pages?

    Thank you

    Hi @lukasltd ,

We are really glad to know about your interest for our PRO plugin. You can very well see many real customers using our PRO Plugin.

With regards to your question, Our Pro plugin’s Business and Unlimited license has “Buyer’s Premium Addon” and “Credit Card Auto Debit” Addon using which you can achieve below workflow:
    ?
?1. Admin activates “Credit Card Auto Debit with Stripe” and “Buyer’s Premium” addon.
    ?
?2. Admin configures to automatically debit “Buyer’s Premium” amount from winner’s credit card.
    ?
    3. Admin creates an auction product.
    ?
    4. User registers with credit card details. And User then places a bid.
    ?
    5. When the auction expires, then automatically the buyer’s premium is debited from the user credit card and transferred to the admin stripe account. Please note that this is automatic and admin dont have to do anything and winner also dont have to click any “pay now” button.

?6. Then the PRO plugin sends an email to the winner with the “Pay Now” link. User clicks “Pay Now” and the product is added to his checkout page where he needs to enter his billing details and pay the winning bid price and place an order.
    ?
?7. Order is created and admin has all the information of the user in that order and he can go to WP Admin > WooCommerce > Orders to see that order.
    ?
?Hence you can achieve above workflow. Hope that is what you need and that answers your question.

    Regards,
    Nitesh

Hi Nitesh, thank you for your answer.

Is it possible to deactivate that the plugin sends the email with the “Pay Now” link (step 6)?

Because I only want to charge the buyer’s premium from the highest bidder automatically. The bidder should not pay the bid price. That is because I don’t own the products on my website. After winning the bid, the bidder gets the contact details from the owner of the product so they can exchange the product.

    Regards,
    Lukas
