    I’m having a bit of an issue with occasional Paypal payments. For some reason, users are sometimes unable to access a course after purchasing.

    The Payment log file displays this error in particular: “WARNING ! Buyer ID or Order ID is missing. Exiting!!!”

    Thanks for reaching us.

    Prima facie, this issue doesn’t seem to be coming from the Edwiser Bridge plugin. This is something to do with some settings in your PayPal account which need your attention. Can you please check the configuration on your PayPal account?
