    Good day.

    I’m using WooCommerce with the PayFast plugin.

    Apart from the buyer name being empty on the PayFast website under Ad hoc agreements, everything is working as expected.

    This issue makes subscriber management really difficult as I need to expand the details for each subscriber to determine what his/her email address is.

    Can you expand a bit more about how you’re using this section, please? Is this in conjunction with the WooCommerce Subscriptions premium extension?

    That is right. I’m using the WooCommerce Subscriptions and the WooCommerce Memberships extensions.

    I contacted PayFast about the issue and they concluded that the problem is on my side (in other words one of the plugins).

    We’d like to take a closer look at what’s happening. Can you purchase a test subscription and then open a ticket for this issue?

    Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

    Also include the PayFast logs and what you see on PayFast for non-subscription purchases on your site if you have any.
