Buyer Beware – Stick to the free version.

Buyer Beware.

I purchased this plugin for some pro-features after evaluating the free version as well as reading the documentation and playing with the provided sandbox environment.

It’s difficult to test for every use-case in a sandbox, so I bit the bullet and made the purchase.

Then I ran into a roadblock. After some back and forth live chat, it was determined that the plugin didn’t support my use case (manually assigning serial numbers).

I kindly asked for a refund and was refused twice. Even though the public documentation wasn’t clear on this feature. For those wondering: you CAN turn off auto serial number assignment when orders are made, but you CANNOT choose which serial number to assign (so whats the point?).

Pretty poor way to earn your business, in my opinion.
