BUYER BEWARE- DO NOT BUY!!

  • If I could give this zero stars, I would. I purchased this plugin to move a website from one host to another. It simply does not work as advertised. I wasted several hours trying to get it to work. It broke my new site and didn’t provide any errors. I attempted to use the support site and it was not helpful at all. The support email provided no help either. I ended up manually exporting the DB and files to get my site moved. This plugin is a ripoff. Save your money, time, and frustration. They refused to give me a refund- because they know it doesn’t work. It’s obviously a scam.

    first of all we have to state that the plugin performs good for backups, restores and migration and it works for all users who have correct hosting configurations. If you checked our FAQ, you should read that many factors influence backup, restore and migration processes. So, you should be aware that there is a chance that the issue can be in your hosting configurations. The migration will not just hang without the reason.
    Secondly, as an answer to your opened ticket in our support team, we offered you to let us have a look at your issue and support you in real-time through the TeamViewer, however you rejected the help. So, it is not our support not helpful, but you just reject our help.
    Thirdly, we did not refuse to give you a refund. According to our Refund Policy we give refunds if we are unable to solve the issue the user has. However, you refused even to show the issue. We did not get no logs, no screenshot of the issue. Just words that is does not work.
