Buyer Beware: A great tool that turned sour in 6 months

*For those that are researching customer support tools* – GetAwesomeSupport used to be a great tool with decent support (24-36 hour turnaround time was typical since they are based in Asia). BUT something happened the last 6 months. The support has literally fallen off the cliff. If you asked me to rate this plugin as recently as 9 months ago, I would’ve given it 4 stars (good product, albeit very overpriced). But I have to give it ONE star for a product that seems to have NO support whatsoever. I am starting to wonder if they are shutdown. Try contacting them through the number and/or email listed on the website, perhaps you may have better luck than we did. Thank goodness we were able to cancel the plan before it was up for renewal (unlike some unfortunate people that went through that). *Move on to another customer support option*…GetAwesomeSupport’s days seem to be over.
