    Think twice before committing to a purchase of this plug-in

    1. no support – i have an outstanding request for support that is 5 days old. not even a confirmation email that it was received

    2. graphs are marginal. no horizontal time scale labels. line charts for discrete data rather than barcharts.

    3. monthly statistics show up as total lifetime hits. update randomly to reflect the actual monthly numbers.

    4. when asking for email summaries of stats, there is an option for receiving a test email to see if a connection has been made. i’ve been waiting 3 days for this confirmation email.

    5. only 3 months of historical data is available.

    Regarding Point #1: I received an email from [email protected] sent 15.28 on 11.07.21

    Points #2 & #3: screenshoots were included in my original email to [email protected]

    Point #4: Yes, you do have this feature! Check it out.Visitors Statistics Pro Settings/Email Reports. I received a report today. (but still no response to the test email)

    Point #5 General Settings: What does Archive Data 180 days mean?

    Are we talking about the same program here?
