Buyer Beware!

MailPoet has taken a whole chunk of money from me without providing the service paid for. Very disappointing response from ‘support’. Despite a paid service and message saying I’d hear back within 12 hours, it was nearly 48 hours before I received the response (which was quite unsatisfactory).

Watch your subscriber count, because they’ll keep charging you their monthly fee even if you’re over the limit and not able to use their service without upgrading.
