    We opted to pay the monthly fee for premium features. Unfortunately, that doesn’t include support, as we have been unable to connect to the Stream service for 2 days now. We have emailed them over and over again without any response. It seems that they don’t have a support team, so think very carefully before handing money over to them, as we did.

    Notice, too, that their website has no support area, no email contacts, etc. They do not provide support – even if you pay. On the pricing page it says that pro members get “Priority Support”. Not true. They don’t get ANY support.
