Buyer and Vendor Transaction Agreement

I am using WC Vendors. All transactions must be approved by me as admin. Then I release money to the vendor or return it to the buyer. I can review all orders. I need a way for buyers to indicate that they have accepted the product and vendors to indicate that they have transferred the product to the buyer. This needs to be part of the checkout page so it becomes order information.

Is there a plugin that will facilitate this?
