BuyCRED doesn’ t work

    Can you please check the pending payments menu if points are not awarded to users then it will be in the pending payments menu and you can payout from there.

    thank you for your reply. Yes, I can see the payments on the pending payments menu and pay out from there, but I ‘d like that users credits balance to be updated immediately after payment, How can I do this?

    can anyone tell me if it is possible to have an immediate Credits update after the purchase?

    HI @maurov8f5,

    This gateway uses cURL to verify incoming IPN calls from PayPal. If cURL is disabled on your server, IPN calls will cause a fatal error that will prevent points from being paid out! If you are receiving emails from PayPal informing you that IPN calls are not working on your server, this could be the cause!

    The cURL is properly enabled on the server. I’ve changed even hosting because this issue. I did the tests keeping active only mycred plugin, so no incompatibility with other plugins. Other suggestions? the shortcode [mycred_buy_pending] is okey or is there an alternative? Thank you
