When I create a Buy X Get Y, the Y product (free product) gets added to the On-Sale page and has a notice to enter a coupon code at Checkout.

How to I keep the free product “Y” off the sale page and make sure someone can’t added it for free without adding “X”?

    Hi @riverbound!

It sounds like you’re using a plugin for the feature “Buy X Get Y”, right? This isn’t a core feature, which plugin are you using?

If it’s Buy One Get One Free (https://woocommerce.com/document/buy-one-get-one-free/) you have access to our premium support at WooCommerce.com. Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support, and we’ll be happy to help there.

If you’re using another plugin please share the plugin name and/or your system status so we can point you in the right direction to get further assistance. You can find your system status via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you! I’m actually using Woo Discount Rules and thought it directed me to this topic. I will reach out to them.

    Hello,

That sounds like a plan, please note that we do not provide support for third-party plugins in this forum, I recommend reaching out to them at:
