Buy X, Get Y Free – How to show this in product description?

I have successfully made a rule to implement the Buy X, Get Y free (see link) when adding product to cart.

What I need to know is that if there is some shortcode or easy way to implement this information then showing up in the product description, so as to promote the free item.

Manually writing this information on products as monthly specials change is not really an option.

Any ideas?
