Buy product in behalf of somebody else (without his credentials)

Hi there!

I have Woocommerce installed, and a LMS underneath.
The thing is that not all students make their own purchase of the products, but there are companies that make that for them. The problem is that purchases are obliged to create an account on the fly or to enter the credentials … the problem is that when the user has already purchased a product (so the account exists) when the company wants to purchase in his behalf an try to re-create on the fly the account it prompts and error (since the account already exits what is good), and since the other option is to make a log in, but since the company doesn’t have the password, it can’t be purchased. We don’t want the users to give their passwords to this company, so my question is:

Has somebody face this problem and found a solution?
Would it be possible to make a company to make this purchases on behalf of registered users without having their credentials?
Could it be done re-coding?
