Can you make sure that you’ve activated the new checkout experience by following this guide: https://woocommerce.com/document/woopayments/payment-methods/additional-payment-methods/#enabling
Also, did you receive any pop-up or alert message next to the payment method saying ‘contact WooCommerce support‘ when you were trying to enable a BNPL method? If yes, you can follow our guide here to resolve it: https://woocommerce.com/document/woopayments/payment-methods/buy-now-pay-later/#contact-support
Alternatively, if you have set up everything correctly but are still unable to enable BNPL, can you please open a support request for us to investigate further about your issue?
Make sure to include a link to this thread and your site’s System Status Report, so we know what has been done already. You’ll find it at the top of the page under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support (after you scroll down a bit).
