  • This has happened tonight on our website https://amycoello.com/product/dreams-window-destiny-e-book-amy-coello-catherine-anderson/ as well! I have disabled practically all the plugins and still have not had any luck. We have been doing major social media marketing and received feedback that customers are unable to purchase product. This is the case on all our products, we currently only have 3 listed but in the process of adding additional products. I have scoured the web looking for solution but have not had any luck. PLEASE HELP

    Hi Guys,

    With the latest update, an issue with the Super Widget has cropped up. We are currently working on the solution and hope to have it released soon.

    In the meantime, can you go into Appearance > Widgets and remove any instance of the iThemes Super Widget in your widget areas? Be sure to clear it from your Inactive Widgets section as well.

    Hi estreitta,

    Try going to Settings > Permalinks in your dashboard and re-saving your permalinks. You don’t need to change anything, just click the Save Changes button.

    Give that a try and let me know whether or not it helps.

    Oh Wow. That worked. THANK YOU!!!!!! Just incase this happens in the future, what exactly did updating the permalinks dp to make the page display correctly?

    Hi guys,

    @greyloud – I’m glad that worked for you!

    @estreitta – Resetting your permalinks basically just resets the information in your .htaccess file so that the pages show properly again.

    I just wanted to let you know that we just released version 1.35.10 of Exchange which should correct this issue.

    I looked at my store tonight and it was missing. I reset the permalinks but the store will not show up on my iphone But it will on my Computer. I have updated the plugin.

    I have tried on both Chrome and Safari on my iPhone but no luck. I just tested on my iPad and it worked but no luck on the iPhone.
