    Hi Rich,
    Thanks for your query. You’ve packed a lot in there, so let me unpack it a bit:

    (1) “How do I set up a coupon…” Pricing Deals is not initiated by a coupon being presented, but automatically by the Catalog (for a catalog rule) and by what is in the Cart (for a cart rule).

    (2) “Get 1 free” with auto-insert is a Pro-only function …
