Buttons updates sometimes in Chrome, not at all in Firefox/Opera/Safari

I like this plug in.
But it updates only sometimes in Chrome, and not at all in Firefox/Opera/Safari. It shows the correct numbers on refresh though.
Any thoughts on how to fix this?
