Buttons to view NEXT and PREVIOUS months?

    I’ve got a previous version of the calendar installed on other sites and I have the ability to see the next and previous month’s events in month mode. In this new version on this new site I’m building, that ability isn’t there.

    How do I get the buttons to appear to switch between the months?

    P.S. yes, I know the sidebar is overlapping the search box. I can’t get the calendar to recognize a “full-width” page template. I’m figuring that out too, but I think it probably has something to do with the theme.

    Any updates on this? I have a meeting with the client early next week, and I would love to be able to show them a complete calendar.

    Hi @alexanderblake,

    That’s certainly strange! I know that links should be displayed as long as there are events in past and previous months — otherwise they are removed to prevent confusion.

    I do see that you have events in the next month, so the next month link should at least be available.

    Would you be willing to head to Events > Settings > Display and change the event template so that it is using the default event template? I wonder if that will make a difference.

    If not, then please run through the steps outlined in this article — it will help pinpoint whether there are conflicts with The Events Calendar when interacting with the theme or other installed plugins:
